Community guidelines
One Grove brings players, alumni, families, and supporters together. Everyone is responsible for keeping this a respectful community.
What belongs here
Share relevant team updates, work together in groups, and help other members. Disagree with ideas respectfully and use your own identity.
What we do not allow
- Harassment, bullying, threats, hateful or discriminatory content, or encouragement of violence or self-harm.
- Sexually explicit content, exploitation, or content that puts a child at risk.
- Sharing private contact details, credentials, medical information, or other personal information without permission.
- Impersonation, scams, spam, illegal content, or material you do not have the right to share.
- Using another account to evade a block, suspension, or community rule.
Report and block
Open the menu on a message to report it. Choose the reason and add enough context for an administrator to understand the concern. Reports are not shared with the reported member.
Blocking an author hides their messages from your feed and group conversations, removes their alumni listing from your directory, and prevents further sending in private conversations containing that blocked pair. Manage your blocked list in Account → Community Safety. Blocking is a personal visibility control; report content that needs an administrator’s attention.
Moderation
Messages are screened for prohibited language before publishing. Automated screening is limited, so member reports and administrator review are also part of moderation.
These rules also apply to private messages. Contact alumni only when they have opted in, respect their boundaries, and do not send spam or unwanted solicitations. Administrators cannot browse private conversations; reporting a message shares that specific content and your report with the moderation team.
Administrators can dismiss a report, remove a message, or suspend an author’s posting access. Suspended authors’ messages are hidden from member feeds. Account help and deletion remain available. Contact support if you believe a decision was made in error.
