How can we help?
Send app feedback or get help with One Grove accounts, invitations, and your community.
Make or update a pledge
While signed in, open Pledge in the One Grove app and choose a range, including $1–$500 or $500–$1,000, or enter a custom U.S. dollar amount. Review the disclosure, then save your pledge.
Your pledge is linked to your One Grove account. An authorized One Grove administrator can view your name, account email, and pledge range or amount and will contact you at that email address about next steps. Pledges are private from other members, not anonymous to administrators. Saving the pledge authorizes this pledge-related follow-up.
A pledge records your intent only. The app does not collect payment-card or bank information, charge you, or complete a donation. You can update or withdraw the pledge while signed in, and deleting your account also deletes its active account-linked pledge. Older app versions use anonymous receipt-based pledges, which remain separate and cannot be matched to your account. Withdraw an older anonymous pledge from the Pledge page on its original device if you want it removed. Do this before deleting your account, which clears the local receipt needed to find that anonymous pledge.
Report an app issue or share feedback
While signed in, open Account in the One Grove app and choose the feedback option. Choose whether you are reporting an issue or sharing feedback, then add a subject and details. The form includes the app version and build so administrators know which release you are using.
A submission is linked to your One Grove account. If you separately choose email follow-up, an authorized administrator may reply only to the email address on that account. One Grove does not automatically attach device identifiers, device-model or operating-system details, analytics, device or crash logs, location, photos, contacts, or other files to the form.
Please don’t include a password, verification code, invitation link, or password-reset link. Feedback submitted in the app is deleted when you delete your One Grove account.

Invitations and sign-in
- Use the email address your One Grove invitation was sent to. It may differ from your Apple Account email.
- Invitation links expire after 48 hours. Ask the sender for a new invitation if yours has expired or was already used.
- If you already created an account, sign in instead of registering again. Choose “Forgot password?” on the website or in the app if you need a new password. Open the reset email on your iPhone with One Grove installed to choose the new password.
- Missing a confirmation email? Choose “Need a confirmation email?” on the website sign-in screen and use the newest link. If a private invitation went to the wrong email, ask its sender for a replacement; resending a confirmation does not change the invited address.
- Installing One Grove does not sign you in. Use your One Grove account, or follow your invitation to create one and connect to the right people.
Find parents and alumni parents
On Home, choose “Find parents and alumni parents” to open the Family directory. It is separate from the Alumni directory. In My profile, parents and alumni parents can choose to share their name, photo, location, work, and other optional details. Existing parent accounts are not listed automatically, and private player connections are never shown in either directory.
Profile sharing, “Allow members to message me,” and email sharing are separate choices, all off by default. Save profile sharing first, then enable messages if you want new conversations. Email sharing requires a verification link sent to your current sign-in address; requesting the link alone does not publish your email. Turn profile sharing off and save to remove the listing and stop new conversations. You can block members in an existing conversation.
Host a game-day gathering
Active permanent parent and alumni members can open a game’s plans and choose “Host a meetup” to organize a tailgate or watch party. Add the city, meeting place, time, and details, then review and publish. You do not need to join a directory to host. The host can edit or cancel the gathering, and other members can join or withdraw their RSVP. Gathering RSVPs are separate from game attendance.
Report a community concern
Open a message and use its options menu to report it or block its author. If your version does not show these options, email our support address with the group, author, and approximate time of the message. Don’t forward someone else’s private information unless it is needed to explain the concern.
Administrators review reports and may remove messages or suspend posting access. For immediate danger, contact local emergency services.
Read the community guidelinesYour account and privacy
To permanently delete your account, open Account in One Grove and choose “Delete Account.” If you cannot sign in or need help with a roster record, email support. We’ll verify the request before changing someone’s information. Account deletion also removes issue reports and feedback submitted from that account.
